Kaeli Baxter currently serves as the Director for Western New York Housing and Peer Services at Recovery Options Made Easy (ROME). She has been with ROME since 2016, where she has worked across various services.

Kaeli is deeply passionate about providing choice-based services that empower individuals and improve their overall quality of life. Her work centers around ensuring that those we serve have access to the tools and support they need to thrive in their communities.

In 2025, she graduated with honors from SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is excited to continue her educational journey and further develop her skills by pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Nazareth University.
