Ed Murphy is a partner in the Buffalo, NY law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP. Ed has been on the Board of Directors of Recovery Options Made Easy for seven years, providing valuable insights and direction to the organization. 

Ed has more than 38 years of trial experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and business litigation matters. His experience includes cases involving products liability, labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. He has additional experience in contract negotiations and litigation, insurance coverage, and environmental litigation. He has significant experience representing municipalities. He currently serves as Village Attorney for the Village of Hamburg, NY. 

Ed is a graduate of Hamilton College and received his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Ed is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts, the US District Court of the Western and the Northern Districts of New York, and the US Bankruptcy Court.
