Tracy has decades of experience in marketing strategy, communications, public relations, event management, development, and grant writing. Most recently, Tracy spent ten years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development at BestSelf Behavioral Health, the largest community-based  behavioral health organization in Western New York.

Tracy was a partner in an advertising agency for 18+ years, working with clients such as Blue Shield of WNY, Burger King of WNY, Coca-Cola Bottlers of Buffalo, Erie County Fair, Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, Marineland, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Trico Products, and Walt Disney’s World on Ice. She also served for ten years as the General Manager of the Friendship Festival, celebrating Canada Day and the 4th of July in Buffalo, NY & Fort Erie, ON. Additionally, Tracy worked at Niagara College in Welland, Ontario, in their Foundation & Alumni Relations Office as a Campaign Project & Fund Development Officer.
