Thomas studied finance and mathematics at SUNY Brockport, where he also served as the Vice President of the First Year Council. His professional career began at the age of 20, assisting in managing a local investor’s portfolio. Over the next few years, he began to develop his expertise in real estate deal analysis, financing, budgeting, leasing, and property management. Transitioning from his first official professional role in marketing sales, Thomas secured a position in real estate development as a property and asset manager. He began to learn the institutional side of the business, while delving deeper into portfolio management. Through years of learning from some of the best in the business developed his own unique philosophies; like to emphasize quality & longevity of the product presented to the tenant, and to view each and every building as a living entity.
Now managing a corporate and family portfolio, Thomas is a passionate advocate for community and affordability – he aims to keep his community tight-knit and accessible. He believes in providing high-quality living while maintaining fair rent prices, aligning with the ethos of Reeds Jewelers, which advocates for moral integrity above all else in customer transactions, and all aspects of business.
Outside of his professional commitments, Thomas has a keen interest in real estate and architecture, both locally and internationally, and often explores different styles and cultures to broaden his knowledge. He also enjoys playing soccer and golf, cooking, and supporting Liverpool Football Club and the Buffalo Bills.
