Recovery Options Made easy is in the process of building their new Kirsten Vincent Respite and Recovery Center, aimed at de-escalating crisis as well as lowering the hospital diversion rate. The Center will offer aid to those experiencing a mental health crisis and will allow for them to stay and get the help they need.
CEO, Shannon Higbee, states, “Recovery Options believes that it is vitally important for all Western New Yorkers to have access to high quality crisis support and hospital diversion services in their communities. We are committed to providing solutions to the current mental health crisis that embrace voluntary, community-based service models like the Kirsten Vincent Respite and Recovery Center.”
