Intensive and Sustained Engagement Team
What is INSET?
Intensive and Sustained Engagement Teams (INSET) is a peer-led model that uses a voluntary, person-centered, community-based approach to support people who continuously struggle to stay connected with Mental Health, Substance Use, and/or Mandated Services.
INSET provides rapid, intensive, flexible and sustained interventions.
INSET provides linkages to formal supports and services, which assist individuals in connecting with their natural supports, families, friends, and larger social networks.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years old, or older.
INSET serves people who live in Monroe County, who would benefit from non-traditional forms of treatment. This includes individuals with recurrent mental health and/or substance use disorders.
