CEO of Recovery Options Made Easy, Shannon Higbee, testified before the Office of the Attorney General’s Mental Health Livestream Hearing last Wednesday, January 18th, 2023. On behalf of mental health challenges for mental health needs, she represented four Western New York peer-run organizations, Restoration Society (Buffalo), Community Missions (Niagara Falls), Liberty Resources (Rochester) and Recovery Options.
